Debbi Thrasher 

When he founded Ledwith Financial Services, Brad Ledwith knew that to be exceptional, a company must have a cohesive team of dedicated individuals capable of delivering the highest quality of customer care. So he tapped his long-time associate Debbi, who has over 30 years of experience in customer service and executive-level administration, to manage the company’s office.

Not only does Debbi handle the firm’s day-to-day operations, she is also on the front lines of customer service. She assists Ledwith Financial’s clients with everything from reading financial statements to changing beneficiaries. And she finds it immensely rewarding to help people navigate through compelling life situations and gain a better understanding of their finances.

The variety suits her, too. “I’m learning every day, because each person’s situation is different,” she says. “And I absolutely love our clients — to me, they’re like family.” Debbi feels the same about her co-workers. “I am lucky beyond belief to work here,” she adds.

It’s not surprising that Debbi takes her job to heart. A resident of Morgan Hill since 1999, she thrives on the closeness and camaraderie small-town life offers. And when she’s not driving her two teenagers to and from a host of academic and extracurricular activities, Debbi enjoys gardening, antiquing and reading.

Maureen Webb 

Maureen joined the Ledwith Financial Services team in October 2007 as Executive Assistant. She is responsible for planning events, coordinating Brad’s appointments and speaking engagements, managing special projects, preparing client updates, and handling the firm’s marketing activities.

As a preschool teacher in Morgan Hill for seven years before this, she worked with over 400 families with diverse needs and styles. This experience honed her creativity, flexibility and sensitivity, and strengthened her ability to troubleshoot and to tackle any job at hand.

Maureen is always ready to help clients schedule appointments, and she enjoys fielding any questions they might have. It makes her job “highly interesting and educational,” she says.

And she appreciates the positive, supportive atmosphere Brad fosters as well as the “can-do” attitude of her co-workers. She says Brad is “the best boss I’ve ever had.” She has known Debbi for over 20 years, and they mesh seamlessly. Together they function as a support team “to keep things running smoothly and do whatever Brad and our clients need. We all want to do what’s best for our clients.”

When she’s not helping Brad and their clients at Ledwith Financial, Maureen enjoys spending time with her husband of 19 years and their two teenage children. She also unwinds at the beach and plays tennis on a Gilroy and Morgan Hill tennis team.
